We will do our best to get your purchases out in 3-4 business days. However, we may have to collect one or more of your items from our various stores. If this occurs, we will inform you of any delay in shipping your purchase.
Spoilt Gift and Homewares use Australia Post’s Regular Parcel Post Service to ship all purchases to customers as its standard delivery method. If your purchase is bulky or heavy it may be shipped through Transdirect with Couriers Please, Fastway or TNT.
Although we endeavor to get all online orders out between 3-4 business days, at times Australia Post experience delays and therefore delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed. All items are shipped from Melbourne Post Code 3032

When the Regular Post option has been selected a flat rate of $14.95 is charged.
Shipping is complimentary for orders $150+.

Express Post
When the Express Post option has been selected a flat rate of $19.95 is charged.

DELIVERY
Please enter the most convenient address that your purchase can be delivered to during working hours. We recommend selecting a work address as Australia Post may only deliver Monday to Friday. If a work address is selected please indicate whether the item can be left with reception.
Upon delivery, a signature is required and the parcel scanned. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest Australia Post outlet.
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us a resending fee will be charged prior to it being re-dispatched.
TRACKING ORDERS
A tracking number will be provided with your email notification confirming your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you can check the status of your order at any time by simply entering your tracking number in Australia Post’s website found here.
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be active.
CLICK AND COLLECT & CALL AND COLLECT
We offer Click and Collect at our 111 Bourke Street Melbourne, 200 Union Road, Ascot Vale and 302 Bay Street, Port Melbourne stores, as well as Call and Collect at all of our other locations. For Click and Collect orders please wait for either an email or text message to confirm you order is ready for collection prior to picking your order up.
